ACG Mission Statement

African Capital Group is an unincorporated Joint Venture based in the Republic of South Africa, with a combined experience of more than four decades across a broad range of industries, including but not limited to; 

Minerals, Infrastructure, Energy, ICT, Health, Agriculture and Industrial, Bio-remediation, Aerospace, etc.

ACG exists to provide project-specific support for funding-financing-investment (FFI) with an Africa focus. We have a firsthand understanding of what is required by the Afro-centric marketplace.

ACG ROLE & RESPONSIBILITY

ACG has access to Funding Consortiums (FC) that provide FFI for viable/mature projects on competitive terms. The FCs comprise an unembargoed and transparent mix of wealth,  mostly from Eurocentric institutions and private sources, are fully compliant with international laws and policies on Banking, Anti-money Laundering, etc., and are totally apolitical and fiscal by design.

ACG is tasked to identify viable projects, ensuring that the projects meet the minimum qualifying criteria for FFI.  ACG will determine if proposed projects are suitable candidates for FFI by scrutinizing all available project information. Once ACG has preliminarily evaluated the suitability, they will table the incumbent project with one or more of the  FCs for review and pre-approval. 

If one or more FCs are willing to engage, the following processes and timelines will apply:

On average, the process will be Aprox. 90 to 120 days from pre-approval

All in all, the role of ACG is primarily to seek, identify, and ensure that projects meet the minimum requirements before the FCs consider them. 

 

FINANCING / FUNDING / INVESTMENT

Financing, Funding, and Investment (FFI) depend on the project, commercial viability, and feasibility of the project implementation.

The nature of the project and its structure will determine whether it will be financing, funding, or investment.  

The project-specific terms will depend on the nature of the project. Broadly speaking, the FFI Euro value for consideration is not less than 20 million Euros, with multi-phase projects having a soft cap of 2 billion Euros.
